Homeownership Program

Clinch River Habitat for Humanity believes that all families deserve the opportunity to build and live in a safe, decent, and affordable home. It is our mission to develop partnerships built on mutual respect and empower those we serve with self-reliance and a vested interest in their future. We do this by giving families a hand up, not a hand out. We do this to bring people together to build homes, communities, and hope.

About Homeownership

Find out more about our homeownership and educational programs and how to be a part of a future that builds strength and stability. Clinch River Habitat for Humanity partners with families in Anderson and Roane Counties to help them build a place they can call home. Clinch River Habitat homeowners put in 400 hours of sweat equity and then work alongside volunteers as they help build their own homes.
